Bali Island

Bali is an Indonesian province. This provincial capital is Denpasar. Geographically , Bali lies between Java and Lombok. Bali is famous as a tourist destination with a unique variety of art-culture.

The few tourist destinations on the island of Bali :

1. Ubud

Ubud is a town on the Indonesian  island of Bali  in Ubud Disrtict, located amongst rice paddies and steep ravines in the central foothills of the Gianyar regency. One of Bali's major arts and culture centres, it has developed a large tourism industry.

2. Pura Luhur Uluwatu or Pura Uluwatu 

Pura Luhur Uluwatu or Pura Uluwatu is a Balinese sea temle ( pura segara ) in Uluwatu ( Kuta South, Badung ) . The temple is regarded as one of the sad khayangan and is dedicated to Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in his manifestation as Rudra.

3. Kuta Beach

               Kuta Beach is a tourist place in Bali 's most famous and most visited by tourists because of its location close to the airport , beautiful beaches , low cost , and the waves are perfect for novice surfers .

4. Bedugul Bratan Lake

               Bedugul Bratan Lake is a lake located in a mountainous area with beautiful natural atmosphere.The uniqueness of Lake Bratan Bedugul is the existence of the temple named Ulun Danu.

5. Garuda Wisnu Kencana
               Garuda Wisnu Kencana,or commonly abbreviated GWK is a cultural tourist park located in South Bali . Garuda Wisnu Kencana is a huge sculpture works of I Nyoman Nuarta.
